ABOUT THE COUNSELOR

Hi, I’m Taylor Crisler, MA, LIMHP, (she/her), a licensed therapist and the founder of Crisler Counseling & Wellness. I created this practice because I deeply believe in the power of healing—not just for ourselves, but for the generations that come after us.

I work with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, OCD, emotional overwhelm, and identity exploration. Many of my clients are sensitive, thoughtful people who feel like they’ve had to hold everything together for everyone else. If that sounds like you, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to carry it all anymore.

I pull from a mix of evidence-based and experiential approaches, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Brainspotting, Inference-Based CBT for OCD, DBT, and trauma-informed yoga. But more than any method, I believe that what truly heals is being seen, accepted, and supported exactly as you are.

I show up in the therapy room as a real human—sometimes with shoes kicked off, often with a warm drink in hand, and always with compassion and curiosity. My style is grounded, collaborative, and never judgmental. I’ll hold space for your pain, but I’ll also gently challenge the patterns that are keeping you stuck.
