Attachment is often talked about as something you are
anxious, avoidant, secure.

But in real relationships, attachment is something you experience.

Adult attachment responses tend to show up most clearly under stress. When connection feels uncertai Capacity is a person’s ability to emotionally engage in a way that is regulated, responsive, and respectful.
